Simon is the host and driving force behind Arlington Rapallo. He oversees the overall direction of the event and is the main point of contact for agenda-related matters, speakers and core event content.
Founder of Arlington Group Asset Management, Simon also hosts Catt Calls, an audacious industry commentary platform focused on mining, commodities and global markets.
Lisa Pelloso
Guest Experience, Wellness & Villa Host
Lisa is responsible for guest experience at Arlington Rapallo and is the main point of contact for villa-related matters, accommodation, dining and on-site wellbeing.
A qualified naturopathic nutritionist and co-owner of Villa Porto Rapallo, Lisa ensures the environment supports both comfort and restoration throughout the event.
Mike dack
Travel & Logistics
Mike oversees the operational and logistical aspects of Arlington Rapallo. He is the primary contact for questions relating to logistics, scheduling and on-the-ground coordination.
Mike brings over 30 years of operational experience from senior roles across City stockbroking firms and joined Arlington Group Asset Management in 2019.
anna Solheim
Communications, Media & Content
Anna manages Arlington Rapallo’s guest communications and guest list coordination. She is responsible for media consent management and is available for any questions relating to photography, filming or content use.
During the event, Anna works behind the scenes capturing content and overseeing creative direction to ensure coverage is aligned with the tone, discretion and standards of Arlington Rapallo.
